Audiocassetta in tiratura limitata di 100 copie che accompagna il libro “Encounters in an Archive: Objects of Migration, Photo-Objects of Art History” e raccoglie i racconti degli oggetti e delle fotografie presenti nell’installazione “Encounters in an Archive” attraverso la lettura sistematica delle corrispondenti schede dal database della Fototeca e dagli appunti di archiviazione di “Objects of Escape – Inventories of Migration”. Tali registrazioni confluiscono nel sito Sound Objects of Migrations, un archivio sonoro online, curato da Massimo Ricciardo e Luca Morino. La sezione Storieraccoglie le testimonianze di incontri, eventi, paesaggi sonori e viaggi archiviate durante lo sviluppo del progetto. La sezione Oggettipresenta estratti dalle registrazioni prodotte per l’audiocassetta. Sound Objects of Migrations è un archivio di voci, documentazione sonora e verbale, un anfratto virtuale, aperto e in divenire.

Similitude is a limited edition audio-cassette (100 copies) accompanying the book “Encounters in an Archive: Objects of Migration, Photo-Objects of Art History”, presenting recordings descriptions of the objects and photographs featured in the installation Encounters in an Archive through the systematic reading of the database entries of the Photothek and from the “Objects of Escape – Inventories of Migration” archival notes. The recordings are also published in the website  Sound Objects of Migrations, an online sound archive, curated by Massimo Ricciardo and Luca Morino. The Stories section collects the testimonies of encounters, events, soundscapes and travels archived during the development of the project. The Objects section presents excerpts from the recordings produced for the limited edition audio-cassette.
